-Follow-up inspection to July 08, 2022. -Did not observe cut fruits stored at room temperature at the time of inspection. Cold potentially hazardous foods were stored at 4C. -Food items were properly stored at the time of inspection - did not observe foods covered in garbage bags or covered in newspaper. -Light fixture in the walk-in cooler has been replaced and had a shatter resistant shield. -Chemicals were properly labelled at the time of inspection. Ensure containers are relabelled if the labels fade or fall off. -Did not observe shelving units lined with cardboard at the time of inspection. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
