Repairs in progress. Service technician was on-site earlier today according to staff. Call your health inspector once it has been repaired.
cooler was not in use at the time of inspection.

Only use the cooler once it is able to maintain a temperature of 4 C or below.

Sauces/dressings were kept on ice and registered at <4C or below.
Containers are changed every 2 hours - good.
