Back area provided with a 3 compartment sink sink. Liquid soap and paper towels provided.
Cooler for creamers at or below 4 degrees C.
Beverage cooler at or below 4 degrees C.
Upright freezer in the front area and chest freezer in the back area ~ -12 to -15 degrees C. Monitor and ensure -18 degrees C.
Domestic coolers with freezer sections at or below 4 degrees C and -18 degrees C respectively.
