Routine inspection. Services: Hair services ONLY. No shaving as per owner. Barbicide is available as a low level disinfectant for combs and brushes. Clippercide is used on clippers and scissors. One hair washing sink with vacuum breaker/backflow preventer. Two other hair wash sinks not used (but have vacuum breakers). Liquid soap and single use hand towels are at hair wash sink. Washroom has liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser. Capes and towels are laundered after use. Use hot dry cycle for drying. Neck papers - are single use and disposed after use. Premises sanitation is satisfactory. Signature not required. Copy of report left with Manager on site.
