Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer measured at or below 100 ppm at auto dispenser. Concentrate bottle empty. Nominal amount of chemical spuddering through system so likely recent. Discussed with staff. Replaced bottle.
Corrective Action(s): Make sure staff are checking daily and if concentrate bottle running low have replacement bottle close and ready.
Bottle replaced and checked. Staff emptied rack sink and refilled to re-sanitize baking racks. Good.
