- Routine inspection.
- All hand washing sinks were accessible/unobstructed and properly equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Bar towels were stored in chlorine sanitizing solution at 100 ppm and were properly time-tracked.
- Quats sanitizer solution available in spray bottles and from dispenser at 200 ppm. Solution in spray bottles are changed daily and bottles were properly time/date-tracked.
- Triple-sink available for manual warewashing maintained in sanitary conditions. Sink drain plugs available.
- All coolers measured 4C or colder
- All freezers measured -18C or colder
- Hot-held food items measured 60C or hotter
- Toppings and condiments stored at room temperature properly time-tracked, either digitally w/ tablet or manually with stickers
- Temperature records available and up to date. Accurate thermometers available.
- Food storage practices satisfactory.
- Equipment and utensils maintained in sanitary conditions. In-use utensils (coffee spoons/mixers) stored in ice.
- Dry storage area satisfactory.
- General sanitation satisfactory at time of inspection
