Observation: Pizza dough cooler at 7 to 9C. The only P.H.F inside was anchovies which were discarded

Observation: Pizza prep cooler not properly cold holding at 12 to 14c PHF's were observed being stored inside (Meat, meat sauce, opened tin of anchovies). All PHF's were discarded at time of inspection.
Correction: Do not store PHF's inside the cooler until I have conducted a follow up inspection to verify it is capable of cold holding at <4c
