Meeting with the owner, Jaswat, to discuss: - The low temperature dishwasher is unable to produce at least 50ppm chlorine residual at plate's surface - Manual dishwashing at two compartment sink is a temporary measure; at the time of inspection, plugs that are used to fill up compartments with detergent/sanitizer were not found - The owner noted that he would call the contractor to have the dishwasher serviced
