Follow-up Inspection Conducted Observations: - Hand washing station closest to entry into kitchen (near 2-compartment sink) has been repaired. Faucet is no longer leaking when hot water is turned on. Both handwashing stations are supplied with running hot and cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel - Bleach sanitizer spray bottle measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration - All hot-holding units for rice and soup measured at >60'C - All food stored covered and at least 6 inches off the floor - Read-to-eat items stored separate from raw vegetables - No signs of pests observed during time of inspection. NOTE: operator has installed a temporary screen curtain upon entry into kitchen to prevent flies or other potential pests from entering the premises. Ensure a screen door is installed at the front door if it is kept open during operation, otherwise this door must remain closed at all times to prevent pest entry. - Temperature log observed maintained. NOTE: ensure temperature log is maintained and records are kept on premises to be verified at the next inspection. - General sanitation in the following areas has been improved: Cooler door handles Behind and around cooking units Inside the 2-door stainless steel cooler Ventilation hood Notes: - No signature required due to COVID-19 pandemic - Inspection report will be emailed to the operator Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
