Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUAT dispenser measured at 200ppm. Chlorine test strips available. 3-compartment sink available for food preparation.
Walk-in cooler measured at 4C. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher.
Sandwich sauce prep cooler measured at 4C.
No signs of pest. Monthly pest control contracted indicated no pest activity inside premises.

Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.

NOTE: Ensure that QUATs santizer bottles are refilled daily. Prior to refilling, let the QUATs dispenser run fully and press bottle fully prior to refilling.
