Line prep cooler 18C, currently not in working order. No other refrigeration available at front line prep area. No temperature checks logged.
Prep cooler requires servicing to maintain less than 4C. Ensure temperatures are logged. Food immediately discarded by operator upon request of EHO.

Prep cooler base stocked with ice, inserts to be filled only to 1/4 full. Used up within 2 hours.
This method can be used for 24 hours, an EHO will be in for a follow up inspection tomorrow April 12th. If the prep cooler is not serviced to maintain food less than 4C the premises will be issued a closure order.

Operator voluntarily closed until the prep cooler is stocked with ice.

Quats sanitizer not in working order, manager manually mixing in 3 compartment sink. Have serviced.

Hand sink equipped with soap and paper towel
