-Under counter cooler was at 3C.
-Upright cooler and counter top cooler are only use for the storage of non-potentially hazardous foods.
-Accurate thermometers present in cold holding units. Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 75C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for sanitizing).
-Sink plugs available for 2-compartment sink manual warewashing.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottles properly labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Coffee machine attachments disinfected with Quats sanitizing solution after each use.
-Coffee roaster sanitized after each use.
-Coffee beans properly stored off the ground and in pest proof containers.
-Ice machine scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
-FoodSafe Level 1 valid until June 3, 2024.
-Health Permit hand delivered. Ensure permit is posted in a visible location.
