- Follow-up inspection.
- Dishwasher measured 100ppm chlorine residual after the rinse cycle.
- Staff have been monitoring the dishwasher with chlorine test strips hourly since yesterday, with consistent results. *Continue monitoring with test strips after each cycle until the dishwasher technician has provided servicing or confirms that the sanitizer line/pump is working properly.
- Dishwasher service technician is scheduled to be onsite later today.
- Manager to email service report and provide update to the health inspector by the end of the day today.
