Observations Handsink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel Glasswasher had 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer at the glass level upon final rinse cycle. Obtain chlorine test strips and record concentration daily in a log. Walk-in cooler at </= 4C. Beer lines cleaned by operator. Appear in sanitary condition.
