Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Several open bags of protein stored on floor in shake bar area.
Corrective Action(s): Bags were re-sealed and placed on shelves in shake bar area. Ensure all food is properly covered and stored off the ground to protect from potential contamination.

Observation: Food spills and/or other debris observed in the following areas:
- Interior surfaces and door seals of under counter cooler (located below shake machine).
- Floor located to right of under counter cooler
- Three compartment sink and surrounding area
- Area near back door (clutter)
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the above-noted areas are properly cleaned and sanitized. Food spills and/or debris may potentially attract pest activity. Date to be corrected by: September 13, 2021.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One unlabeled bottle containing clear liquid observed in bar area. No chlorine detected on test strip. Quats test strip changed to green-grey colour.
Corrective Action(s): Contents of bottle discarded. Ensure all cleaning and sanitizing chemicals, and related products, are properly labeled to identify contents to prevent accidental misuse, including accidental contamination of food and/or food contact surfaces.

Observation: No thermometers observed within cooler and freezer located in retail area, and in small cooler in back storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all cold holding units (refrigerators, freezers) are equipped with easy-to-read thermometers that are accurate to 1 degree Celsius in order to verify unit temperatures. Date to be corrected by: September 13, 2021.
