- Handwashing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels >>> Please ensure it is not obstructed by recycling bins in front/underneath. - All coolers measure 4C and below - All freezers measure -18C and below - High temperature dishwasher measure 71C and above at plate level at final rinse - Bleach water sanitizer measure 200ppm chlorine - Ice machine is well maintained Note: - No concerns with cold storage space >>> Any changes with coolers/freezers or other equipment must be first approved by Fraser Health. - A few rodent droppings observed under the counter in the kitchen behind the cardboard. >>> Please clean and disinfect the area with 1 part bleach to 10 parts water. >>> Please monitor pest activity. If more pest activity is observed, professional pest control must be in place. - Temperature log has not been maintained, last log is in August. >>> Please ensure coolers and freezers are checked twice a day and logged. - Coffee beans observed between floor boards by the roaster. >>> Please ensure coffee beans are routinely vacuumed up and to not let them accumulate. - Staff on-site does not have valid FOODSAFE >>> Staff stated that they have booked the course for Friday.
