Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # ACLK-CZQU72 of Jan-22-2024 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: No bottle of sanitizer could be located within the facility, there is a spray bottle labelled sanitizer which was tested, which is not bleach or Quats. Correction: Ensure there is food grade sanitizer that is used on surfaces and for warewashing. Update sanitation plan with what is being used and email EHO. Automatic hand sink on the way in is cool, 2 handsinks in the production area hot water taps are not operational and do not provide hot water.
