Comments

- Follow up inspection to verify outstanding issues from previous inspection have been addressed. - Areas where droppings were noted have been cleaned to remove droppings and disinfected with a chlorine bleach solution. Director of Quality Assurance reported the areas are being monitored every other day. - Pest Control contract in place with weekly service. Reviewed service reports for the previous 4 service visits. Reports indicate no mice were captured. - Pest control devices appeared accessible at the time of the inspection. Excess items which were no longer needed for the food premises operation have been removed. Continue to maintain a high level of sanitation and keep floor areas clear to ensure harbourage locations are not being created and so that pest control devices are accessible. *Some gnawing may have occurred in spice packaging area to the expansion foam which has been placed in the corner. Monitor this area closely. Ensure any gaps are filled.
