Follow up inspection to NTSD-BTZNG7 conducted with the owners and Christine (EHO).

Observations:
- Prep cooler measured at 2C
- Walk in cooler, clean and empty, measured at 0.9C
- Display cooler at front of house measured at 3.9C, cleaned and sanitized
- General sanitization is satisfactory
- Hot/cold running water available
- Hand sinks supplied with hand soap and paper towels
- 2 compartment sinks satisfactory
- Chlorine bleach sanitizer available, spray bottle measured at 200 ppm
- Screen door at the back exit
- Dry wall in front of the walk in cooler has been repaired
- Chest freezer removed and replaced with a new one
- No signs of fire damage observed during inspection

COVID-19 Observations:
- Hand sanitizer station at the front entrance
- Physical distancing markers available
- Masks worn

Recommendations:
- Obtain thermometers for prep cooler and walk in cooler to ensure that the internal temperature is below or equal to 4C
- Obtain chlorine test strips to test concentration of sanitizer
- Keep a copy of the COVID-19 safety plan on site. Ensure a copy is emailed to the EHO by Jan. 7, 2021.
- Place a physical barrier is available at the cashier register or ensure patrons maintain 2 m distance from the till
- Ensure COVID-19 signage is placed on the front door. Refer to WorkSafeBC and BCCDC for more information.
