Observation: Lighting is inadequate in the food storage room. There appears to be a sensor for the light, however, it was not working during the inspection. Adequate lighting is required for proper cleaning and organization.

Stand up refrigerator was < 4 C.
Stand up freezer was < -18 C.
No evidence of pests.
The dishwasher reached 74 C at the plate level. Ensure to check daily that it reached above 180 F/ 82 C at the manifold or > 71 C at the plate level with a max/ min thermometer. Information on thermometers for checking dishwasher temperatures provided to the staff on site.
Staff is FoodSafe Level 1 certified, expiring in March, 2025.
Bleach sanitizer solution was at 100 ppm.
Hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Menu on site showing all meals prepared for the month.
General sanitation and organization was satisfactory.
