- Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing station in front, back kitchen area and washrooms is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - All coolers - walk-in cooler, pizza prep cooler and drinks cooler are measured at less than 4C - Freezers are measured at less than -18C - Low temperature dishwasher is working and chlorine residual concentration is measured at 50ppm after the final rinse - Quats sanitizer available for food contact surfaces and concentration is measured at 200ppm quats solution - Food storage practices are satisfactory - No evidence of pest activity is observed at the time of inspection - General sanitation is satisfactory. NOTE: Condenser unit for walk-in cooler is leaking and water is observed pooling inside walk-in cooler. Operator is aware and has called for service of the unit. Ensure that no water is leaking or pooling in the walk-in cooler
