A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CWXVHF
- Low temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 100 ppm chlorine on dish surface
- Premises can now service dine in customers
- Sauce kept OFF FLOOR LEVEL
- No frozen food thawing in room temperature
- Temperature log updated and maintained
- ENSURE TO MAINTAIN TEMPERATURE LOG AND CHECK DISHWASHER DAILY
