Observation: Both paper towel dispensers back & front are empty at the time of inspection.
No paper towel on site.
Corrective Action(s): Today. As soon as paper towel delivered - stock the paper towel dispensers.
Note: The manager claimed that the delivery is scheduled for today.

- General sanitation - satisfactory;
- Hand-washing stations are stocked with cold/hot running water; & liquid soap;
- Coolers < or = to 4 C;
- All freezers < or = to -18 C;
- All hot holding units at > 60 C;
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Sanitizer available at 200 ppm Quat sanitizer.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottle at 200 ppm Quat.
- Dry storage area is satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity.
- Random food items (i.e. prepackaged sandwiches, deli meat) checked for expiration dates, condition of packaging, and any signs of deterioration. All in good conditions.

Note: Slurpee machines are not working at the time of inspection.
Ensure, that proper service is conducted.

Note: Ensure that not food related items stored together with utensils.
