The EHO had discussed the issuing of tickets with the staff prior to this inspection and had ticket book ready today for fines. The facility had all QUAT sanitizer buckets and third compartment sink at sanitizer levels of 200ppm QUAT. EXCELLENT. It is EXTREMELY important for the operation of your business to ensure adequate sanitizer solution is available for use. The sanitizer dispensing unit MUST be repaired to ensure adequate levels of sanitizer solution are dispensed. The sanitizer solution MUST be tested daily to ensure the concentration of sanitizer is 200ppm according to manufacturer's direction. The EHO will return for an additional follow up inspection once again with ticket book. If the sanitizer solution is NOT at concentrations of 200ppm QUAT a ticket will be immediately issued to the business. REPAIR THE DISPENSING UNIT.
