Referencing NCR 252531 Clean up has been done. Recommend transferring the solid ghee into the metal tank for melting instead to using a heating pad under the plastic liner in the cardboard tote. Repair the sliding door to the production area so that it can be closed. Please keep the premises and the grounds clean.
