General cleaning required in hard to reach areas, shelves, around dishwasher, under bar area and at mop sink
Repair mop sink wall to ensure there is no gap between mop sink & wall.
Ensure all items in prep coolers and walkin coolers are covered
Slicer is to be removed as is no longer in use. Otherwise, clean and sanitize thoroughly.

One prep cooler observed at 6.5C. Operator had already called for cooler to be serviced; however, food items were still stored in cooler. Ensure in the future, food items are removed and stored in another cooler or in an ice bath.
- ice baths prepared at time of inspection. Also, ensure ice baths are deep enough for inserts to be dug in and allow for food level to be same as ice level.
- ensure temperature logs accurately depict temperature of coolers. Do not "dash" out the section when a temperature does not meet requirements.
