Routine inspection conducted. Facility name has recently changed. Ownership is the same.

General:
FOODSAFE staff on-site.
Facility maintained in a sanitary condition.
All hand wash stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water.

Application for name change submitted.

Temperatures:
All coolers are at or below 4C.
Freezer units are at a satisfactory temperature.
Thermometers available.

Sanitation:
High temperature dishwasher achieves 71C at plate level.
After correction, all food contact surface sanitizers achieve 200ppm QUAT.
Public washroom facilities are maintained well.
Iodine glass washer achieves 12.5ppm (test strips available).

Dry Storage:
Foods are stored off the ground (6 inches) and in food-grade containers.
Maintained in a sanitary condition.

Pest Management:
Actions taken to reduce activity.
Minor activity noted.
