Observation: Licensing observed that one of the certificates for a staff was not posted in the facility. This was corrected during the inspection.

PHYSICAL FACILITY, EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS: 11020 - CCLR s.13(2) - A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.
Observation: During the inspection the edge of a bench had a porous surface where the paint was removed. This was not corrected by the date specified on the routine inspection. This is a repeat contravention. The plan for maintenance was discussed.
