Hand sinks are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels in dispensers.
Sanitizer (bleach water) is available in spray bottles at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine (hypochlorite). Note: One sanitizer spray bottle was measured at above 200 ppm chlorine. Solution was re-made and tested at 100 ppm chlorine.
High temperature dishwasher measured at 75 degrees C at the utensil surface (minimum requirement: 71 degrees C at the utensil surface).
