Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The meat/seafood (undercounter) cooler was holding the air temperature @ 14.5 deg. C.
There were meat, seafood, spam and noodles in the cooler. All foods were around 13 deg. C - 15 deg. C at the time of inspection except some partially frozen meat and fish fillets.
Corrective Action(s): Food discarded during the inspection except the partially frozen products.
Do not store any food in the cooler until the cooler is serviced and reinspected by the Health Inspector.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted the bleach water bucket @ 50 ppm Cl
Corrective Action(s): -The bleach water must be prepared and available @ >=100 ppm.
-The operator did not prepare bleach water daily.
-Prepare the new bleach water daily.
-New batch was made during inspection.

1) The corner by the dishwasher
2) The stainless steel panel behind the stove.
3) Walls & corners behind the meal prep table.
4) The rollie tray table: Remove the plastic bags (balled up) in the corner. Provide a proper material to seal the holes on the rollie table.
Corrective Action(s):

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: Repair the meat/seafood cooler.
Corrective Action(s): -Ensure the unit holds air temp @ 4 deg. C or below.
-Use the other 2 cooler to store meat/seafood temporarily.
-Contact the health inspector once the unit is serviced.
