Licensing received a complaint on November 16, 2022, alleging concerns regarding Physical Facility, Equipment and Furnishings; Program and Care and Supervision. The following concerns were raised: - Unsafe equipment - Access to hazardous items - Lack of programming - Insufficient staffing All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was collected through a physical inspection of the facility and interviewing a staff along with the manager. Licensing determined the following contravention: - Child Care Licensing Regulation Section 13(2) |
