Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back handwash station did not have any single use paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure handwash stations are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to facilitate proper handwashing. Single use paper towels were replaced at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scooping can was stored in the flour container.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all scoops are stored in a sanitary manner to prevent potential contamination of ingredients. Scoop was relocated at the time of inspection.

-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Pizza cooler was at 4C.
-Chest freezer was at -16C.
-2-compartment sink prepared with 100ppm chlorine sanitizer.
-Front handwash station accessible and equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 100ppm.
-Slicer and vegetable cutter were found to be clean and well maintained.
-Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until October 18, 2023. FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent training valid until February 04 2025.
