Observation: Overall sanitation is OK however a few items require more cleaning; The bulk bins in the bakery area, the knife holder in the bakery area, some hard-to reach areas under equipment and a few frequently-touched items such as light switches. Also ice machine requires cleaning on the inside of the door.

Fridges are all <4 Celsius, dishwasher is 74.4 Celsius at plate level; Hand sinks are stocked, Hot holding is >60 Celsius. Very little sign of pests. Dry storage is clean and organized. Quats sanitizer is 200 ppm.
