Hand-washing sink stocked with soap, and paper towels.
All coolers < or = to 4 C;
All chest freezers - satisfactory;
Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Chlorine sanitizer available at with drain plug to fill the sanitizing compartment of the sink. Please follow the proper manual dishwashing procedures.
Surface sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles (at 100ppm Chlorine solution).
Fan hood - satisfactory (Note: The owner claimed that the cleaning frequency is changed - every 4 month now).
Dry storage area - organized & clean.
Pest proof containers for dry food storage available.
No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
Staff washrooms - clean;supplied with hot/cold running water; liquid soap and paper towel.

Friendly reminder:
- Do not block handwashing sinks (eg., storage rack with cooked samosas front of the handwashing sink);
- No bare or press wood shelves - must be covered/refinished (to be easy to clean and sanitize);
- Food must be stored away from handwashing sinks.
- Food must be defrost properly (eg., in a walk-in cooler).
