Reach-in cooler was measured at 2 degrees C.
Drink cooler was measured at 2 degrees C.
Ice cream freezers were measured at -25 and -30 degrees C.
Frozen meal freezer measured at -18 degrees C.
M&M freezer measured at -18 degrees C.
Under the counter cooler was measured at 4 degrees C.
Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers.
2 compartment sink with drain plug available.
Hand washing sink is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of inspection.

* Observed new equipment (oven and hot holding units) on site. The facility was about to offer the following items: pizza, hot dog, taquitos, chicken wings, bonless chicken bite. The facility does not have permit to offer such menu. Please submit a food safety plan, sanitation plan, floor plan, menu, a copy of FoodSafe Level 1 certificate and health approval application to your district Environmental Health Officer.
