Comments

-Single door upright cooler was at 4C.
-Double door upright cooler was at 4C.
-Under grill cooler was at 4C.
-Front under counter cooler was at 2C.
-Back upright freezers were at -18C.
-Burger patty freezer was at -14C.
-Fry freezer was at -18C.
-Condiments stored at ambient temperature are time tracked. Items are discarded if not used within 2hrs/4hrs.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C. Onions and gravy reheated to greater than 74C prior to hot holding.
-Cooked onions cooled in a shallow metal insert and was at 4C.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final temperature of 75C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pails were at 200ppm. Sanitizing solution changed every 2 hours.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser at the 3-compartment sink was at 200ppm.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
-Foods properly covered and stored off the ground.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis. Reports indicate no activity inside the facility. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and air dryer.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until June 26, 2025.
