At this inspection, no contraventions were identified.
As part of this Routine Inspection, a Facility Risk Assessment Tool was completed.
The following was discussed:
· Digital photographs
· Access to emergency consent cards during field trips
· Storage options for emergency medication when using outdoor play spaces
The information contained in the report was discussed with a staff member and the report and risk assessment were written on-site. Licensing advised that copies of the report and risk assessment would be emailed to the facility.
