Site visit for follow-up on cleanliness and maintenance. Underneath fryer still require attention. Heavy build up of food debris. This area must be cleaned daily not weekly. Metal strips have been installed in shelving units that require them. Tiles in from of the fryers have been replaced but underneath the equipment some broken tiles still require replacing. Also a couple of broken tiles in front of the dishwasher are to be replaced. For next inspection, ensure a master cleaning schedule is in place. Any broken seals for the coolers and freezers are to be replaced. All food items in the walk-in cooler must be covered. Note: Rubber mats in the dishwashing area are cleaned daily (closing time).
