Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BC6T8S:

- High temperature dishwasher achieved 76.5C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle. The leaky pipe has been fixed.
- Cold potentially hazardous food items were stored at < or = 4C
- Ice scoop stored in designated bin on top of the ice machine
- Rice scoop stored in ice water. Routinely changed out.
- Working probe thermometer available to monitor the high temperature dishwasher and food items.
- No further issues noted.
