Follow-up Inspection conducted today for Report#JCHY-C22LTG
At the time of inspection, facility currently adhering to patio dine-in restriction. Patio is closed due to not meeting the definition of a patio with having at least 2 sides being open to the outside (i.e.: windows does not count).

All non-critical infractions have been corrected.
-Nacho and hotside coolers are serviced. Both coolers are measured at 4C air ambient temperature.
-Nacho and hotside coolers has thermometers in them.
-All packaged food and food-grade containers are stored 6 inches above the ground in the refrigeration unit and dry storage area.
-Line freezer is serviced to -8C. Line freezer is intended to cold-hold raw food before deep frying at 4C or less not intended for frozen storage. The turnover is 1-2 hours. No issues.

NOTE: Purchase and install additional shelving in the walk-in cool/freezer. Plastic pallets to raise food off the floor is a temporary fix. Corrected by: next routine inspection.
Overall, the facility is organized and clean.
