Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw meat was observed stored on two shelves above ready-to-eat food (cooked pakoras, cooked meat, whole vegetables, and tortilla) in the walk-in-cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure raw meat is stored on the lowest shelving unit separately from ready-to-eat food to protect ready-to-eat food from any possible contamination.

Operator re-arranged food products to store raw meat on the lowest shelving unit separately from ready-to-eat food products. Operator is to review proper food storage practices with all new staff today. Recommended: Label the shelving units to identify the lower shelving unit for raw meat storage only and provide visual reminders for staff.
