GENERAL COMMENTS:
Dishwasher rinse temperature is 71 degC at plate level
Sanitizer bottle has 200ppm bleach/water solution and it's labeled
Paper towel dispensers are filled and operational. Liquid soap is available at the 2-compartment sink and the hand sink and both washrooms.
Hot water is available at the sinks
Disposable mouthpieces are available for the hookahs.
No food prep within the facility except for coffee and tea service. Food will be ordered from Maple Mirchy nearby. Operator may provide disposable plates/cutlery as extras.
Drinks cooler temperature is 4 degC; small, upright freezer is at -18 degC. Freezer is used to store ice for wands used in hookahs.
Hrs of operation: 6pm to 2am

Outstanding Items:
Remove the unassembled table and post that's stored by the mop sink.
Use spoons to dispense flavors from the various containers. Do not use your hand for this purpose.
