Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Hand washing station stocked with liquid soap and paper towel. Hot and cold running water available. Glass washer final rinse at 100 ppm chlorine at the plate. All bar 4C and below. Freezer at -18C. Quat sanitizer solution in use at 200 ppm. Chlorine solution is available on site for clean up. Hand towels are laundered off site. Ice at bar is used with dedicated scoop. Ice is from Gator's bar next door. Washrooms are shared with main building and are sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks. Permit is now posted in visible location. Note: Portable deep fryer is used on site without fumehood. Referral is to be made to City of Abbotsford Fire Department.
