Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bar hand washing station was not supplied with paper towels. Kitchen hand washing station cannot be used because many equipment (ie. containers) were stored in it.
Corrective Action(s): Supply paper towel to the bar hand washing station and remove all equipment from the kitchen hand washing station so it can be used for hand washing.

Observation: 1. Container of raw protein was kept next to produce in the stand-up cooler in the storage room.
2. Bag of onions and potatoes was stored on the floor in the storage room.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Reorganize stand-up cooler so raw protein is kept on the bottom most level of the cooler.
2. Store bag of onions and potatoes off the floor.

Observation: Various equipment (ie. containers, appliances, etc) is being stored on a table and floor across from the dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up this area and remove anything that is not needed for the business. Correct as soon as possible.
