Observed a cardboard box with shredded napkins. Corrective Action(s): Clean up all droppings and sanitize affected areas with sanitizer. Organize back storage area so items are not stored on the floor. Seal any gaps and holes to prevent entry of rodents. Continue to clean regularly to remove food sources. Correct as soon as possible.
