- 100ppm chlorine detected in spray bottle
- High temp dishwasher achieved >71C at plate's surface
- Coolers are equipped with thermometers and measured 4C
- Freezers measured <-18C
- Hot holding foods measured >60C
- Pest screen door in place at the back door
- Chemicals are stored away from the food preparation area


ATTENTION:
- Observed a container of raw meat stored on the middle shelf in the cooler. Ensure to store all raw meats on the bottom shelf so that other food products are not stored underneath it.
- Remove cardboard box taped on the floor at the grill station.Flooring material shall be durable, non-absorbent and easily cleanable.
