Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station by the coffee service station had hot water turned off. Operator indicated that the tap broke and already called the techncian. Hot and cold running water must be available at all sinks at all times. Hand washing sink in the corner beside prep cooler had food debris in the debris, not properly draining. Hand washing stations must only be for hand washing, nothing else.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to turn on hot water at the service station hand washing sink. Required operator to remove all food debris and have it designated for hand washing only.

Observation: Observed what seem to be dropings along the corner of corridor in the back. Shelves are placed for dry storage all along the wall so it is not easy to clean. All items are 6 inches off the floor to facilitate easier cleaning.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to clean and sanitize the area noted. Ensure to wet the droppings prior to cleaning as they can aerosolize pathogens.

Observation: Observed grease and food debris accumulation between, behind and under cooking equipment. Cooler handles were greasy. Shelves where they store clean plates were not maintained in sanitary condition
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to clean and sanitize all areas mentioned. More frequent cleaning schedule must be created to ensure accumulation do not occur.
