A review of the last pest control reports indicate the back screen door was observed open -this door must be closed at all times besides active shipping. The report also indicates a floor drain that is not adequately sealed off -operator to correct any issues indicated by the Pest Control

Observation: Some mouse droppings and food debris observed under 2-door display fridge, under roller cart and behind stand again -hard-to-reach areas

NOTE: this was also observed in the last April routine inspection
