-Follow up inspection conducted to verify outstanding items have been completed in order to obtain health approval: -Sneeze guard has been installed -wood counters have been finished and are smooth and appear non absorbent (Note: may need to be resealed/ refinished if any cracks, pits, chips develope). -Updated as built floor plans rec'd for minor changes -Shelving, stainless steel tables, microwave, rice cooker on site and installed -Health approval granted (apply for business license with city of BBY and pay permit fee to Fraser Health 604-918-7677) -Note: tasting counter is not approved to provide samples at this time (due to COVID-19). Portioning ready to eat foods (prepackaged sales) is okay.
