Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One of the spray bottle for sanitizer was empty and the other one stored away didn't have apray nozzle affixed, sanitizer concentration was too strong (greater than 400ppm)
Corrective Action(s): - Prepare freah solution every morning and ensure that the concentration is 200ppm quats
- Affix the nozzle head to the secong bottle and dilute the solution to ensure that the concentration is 200ppm and not greater than 400pppm

Routine inspection was conducted and following are observed:
- All handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- Coolers less than 4C
- Freezer less than -18c
- NO hot holding of pizza in the warmer at the time of inspection
- Three compartment sink available for dishwashing.
